Psychological Assessments
Psychological assessments are a comprehensive process which typically involves a clinical interview, testing and/or questionnaires, consultation and a session to review the results/associated reporting.

Assessments can be used to provide a diagnosis and/or identify areas of difficulties and/or strengths for future planning.

Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
Psychological assessments for ADHD are appropriate for clients who think they may have ADHD and want to know for sure. A firm diagnosis of ADHD (or ruling out of ADHD) can help you understand your experiences in life, guide treatment planning, and support strategies that can help you make your life work better for you.

“For what it’s worth…it’s never too late, or in my case too early, to be whoever you want to be. There’s no time limit. Start whenever you want. You can change or stay the same. There are no rules to this thing. We can make the best of it or the worst of it. I hope you make the best of it. I hope you see things that startle you. I hope you feel things you’ve never felt before. I hope you meet people who have a different point of view. I hope you live a life you’re proud of, and if you’re not, I hope you have the courage to start over again.”
